Is the formula vegan?

Yes, all of the ingredients used in our lip gloss and lipstick formula is vegan. Don’t worry about receiving a formula that’s not verifiable. Ingredients will be listed. All of our lip products are made right here in the USA. We use a base called Versagel for all of our lip products.

Can you print my logo?

Yes, your logo can be printed on a sticker label or permanently on the product.

  • We do not print white ink on sticker labels.
  • If requesting an actual glitter textured logo, please expect it to be vinyl, which is semi permanent. It is still very hard to come off. This also adds an additional 7 days to your processing time.
  • All digitally printed orders come with free boxes digitally printed with their logo to match the product. This is our gift and appreciation to you for choosing us as your vendor.
  • We can digitally print any color - NO RESTRICTIONS. Be sure to check out our work page.
  • Please upload all designs as a pdf or png with a transparent background.

Can our products be dropshipped?

For many years, we have been asked this question, and we are finally happy to say, yes you can drop ship our products. Just express interest through emailing us at info@glamntr.com and we will be sure to walk you through the process of getting everything set up. In the subject line, our “Dropship Partner”.

What is your refund policy?

We will honor cash refunds on all orders, except custom wholesale orders. The order must be in original packaging with seal unbroken.

Custom wholesale orders can only be replaced. THERES A STRICT NO CASH REFUND POLICY! No orders will be allowed to be shipped back to us, due to the rising cost of shipping wholesale. If we made a mistake on your order, it is our responsibility to fix it in a timely manner that both the customer and we reach together. You will receive photos and videos of your order to approve, before we ship it out.
